Travellers to Australia, other than Australian and New Zealand citizens, are legally required to hold a valid visa to travel to Australia.

Travellers to New Zealand holding a British passport do not require a visa.

Please make all passports are valid for at least SIX months AFTER the RETURN date.


Travellers need an authority to enter Australia, and this is either a visa placed in a traveller's passport or is an invisible electronic authority called the ETA.

For all passengers who book with us, we provide an Australian ETA visa service at nominal cost..

The ETA (Electronic Travel Authority) does not require you to carry any physical paperwork, the visa is granted against your passport number which will be verified on entry by immigration control.
We will include the grant details with your itinerary, which are not required but is there for your information.

Please note all passengers will need to comply the following conditions and requirments in order for us to process an ETA visa:

  • Must hold a UK passport which indicate their nationality to be a British National
  • Only Tourist* visas will be processed
  • We will require a photocopy of the last two pages of the Passport containing your personal details and passport number to be either posted or faxed to us at:

Tourist visa:
For a stay of less than 3 months. You should be a tourist or on a visit to the family but you cannot work in Australia.
If you want to come to Australia temporarily and work, it is important to obtain a visa that allows you the right to work. There are no rights for work if you are travelling on a visitor (tourist) visa.
