Ozflights is the trading name of Lee's Travel Limited who are members of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), the world's largest regulator of air transport, which means we are responsible for ticketing and dealing with travel suppliers directly.

For your financial protection, we hold an Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL). To ensure that you would be refunded and/or repatriated in the unlikely event of the Company's insolvency, the Company is licensed and fully bonded.

Privacy Policy
When you enter any details to via our web site you may have to provide information identifying yourself ("Personal Information") to complete your inquiry or transaction. You can be assured that the information you provide us with is not shared with any third parties at any time.

Prices
All fares displayed on our web site are subject to availability of the required flight and do not include departure/arrival taxes or any passenger service charge that may be imposed by any airline, airport or government.
We will advise you of any tax amount before we accept any payment by you.
Fares published on this site are at special consolidator rates and may not qualify for Airline promotional schemes such as mileage accrual, please call for specific details.
Taxes can fluctuate in line with exchange rates and will be quoted correctly at time of inquiry if required taxes may be recalculated on the day final balance payments are due. You will be advised if any additional monies are due.
All prices are guaranteed once full payment has been received and tickets have been issued.

E-Tickets
As from 01 March 2004 many airlines have migrated to E-tickets, when you book an e-ticket the details are safely stored on the Airlines booking system so there is no need for a paper ticket. You will be notified if your travel document is an e-ticket, details of your e-ticket will be in most cases stored online and it is your responsibility to print confirmation to produce at check-in. We advise you print this confirmation as soon as possible as details will only be stored for a maximum of 70 days from issuance, we reserve the right to impose a charge should a confirmation be required after the 70 days have elapsed.
Some airlines are imposing charges for issuance of paper tickets, we will advise you of this fee if it is applicable


Ways of paying
We accept the following methods of payment :

  • Personal cheques - drawn from mainland United Kingdom bank
  • Bankers draft
  • Cash - only in person at our Head Office
  • Credit Card - Charges apply see below
  • Debit Card - Charges apply see below
We reserve the right to charge you in addition for any handling fees incurred by us in relation to bookings made by credit or charge card. You will be notified of the relevant charges prior to us accepting any payment from you
If your travel documents are being paid for with a third party credit/debit card we will require written authorisation to be provided by the card holder.
The company reserves the right to pass on any charges relating to returned cheques and credit card charge backs.

Delivery
Delivery of travel documents will in all cases be by Royal Mail First Class post unless otherwise instructed, this service is provided free for all mainland United Kingdom addresses.
Travel documents will be issued and dispatched as soon as has received cleared funds.
Please allow 10 days for cheque payments for delivery and bank clearance.


Online Security
Our secure server uses the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security standards that are supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or later, and other popular browsers. As you enter personal information (such as your password, address and phone number, or your credit card number), SSL encodes takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.
With this security, you can send your credit card number to us without risk of interception. SSL security makes shopping over the Internet safer than shopping by telephone.

Alterations
If, after we have accepted your booking, you wish to change any details of your booking, subject to the conditions of the airline, we reserve the right to charge you any fee imposed by the airline, if any, plus an administration fee, (please note that these charges can vary subject to circumstances).
Please note that it is your responsibility to check all your travel related documents upon receiving them, If you fail to do so it will be liable for any extra financial costs and/or penalties/fines incurred.
If you are concerned or wish to know what any alteration penality charges may be, it is your responsibility to request this information from us before making a booking.

Cancellations
Many scheduled and most consolidated air fares, carry cancellation fees sometimes up to 100%. It is important that all customers check the fare rules prior to confirming their reservations.
Refund for cancellations cannot be processed until the original tickets have been returned.

Refunds
If for any reason we are unable to supply any goods or service you have purchased from us we will reimburse total value within 30 days, subject to there being no dispute by either party
Refunds for unused tickets may have to be returned to the issuing airline to calculate the refund due (if any) which normally takes 6-12 weeks to process. In some isolated cases this can take up to 9 months. Tickets issued for consolidated air fares are subject to an administration fee of £30 in addition to the charges applied by the airline.

Passports, Visas and Health Requirements
We may provide some information about passport, visa and health requirements on your confirmation invoice.
Please ensure that you are aware of all passport and visa requirements and that you allow adequate time to obtain them. Requirements can change and it is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with applicable passport, visa and health requirements and take all necessary documents with you to gain access to any country or region to which you make travel arrangements. If you fail to do so, you will be solely responsible for any cost, loss or damage which you or the Company incurs as a result of your failure.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance for your whole journey.

Consumer Protection
ATOL Protected The air holidays and flights on this website are ATOL protected, since we hold an Air Travel Organiser's Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 4210. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking. Failure of Scheduled Airlines Insurance
We are obliged by Civil Aviation Authority regulations to provide purchasers of scheduled airline travel documents adequate insurance cover in the unlikely event of airline failure. Lee's Travel provide insurance to cover you in the unlikely event of airline failure which is operated by Marcus Hearn and Co.Ltd. The cost of this insurance is included on all quotes and represents a value of £2.00
Cover is up to £1,500 in all, for each Insured Person.
